A combination of campaign volunteers and clubs, candidates, and organizations show the depth of support for Adams’ City Hall run
New York, NY – Supporters for Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams’ campaign for mayor filed more than 20,000 signatures today with the Board of Elections to get him on the ballot for the June 22nd primary election.
“As a young man growing up in a blue-collar household in South Jamaica, Queens, I could hardly have imagined that one day 20,000 of my fellow New Yorkers would endorse my run for mayor,” said Borough President Eric Adams. “I am overwhelmed by the showing of support from New Yorkers from every corner and walk of life in this city. This is not a campaign, it’s a movement – and we are bringing together a diverse coalition that will finally deliver for the working people of New York.”
